Shipping Policy
We can ship most items to you USPS First Class. Some items are too large and would need to be picked up locally and are not eligible for shipping. If an item is not something that can be shipped and is pick-up only, it will be stated on the product page. Shipping rates are based on USPS guidelines and package weight/size etc. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us for a refund, exchange, or replacement. I may request a picture of any flaws or issues with any of the products. Please understand that most items are handmade and small imperfections such as waves, color mixing, and bubbles are all considered to be normal and might be present on your item. Your satisfaction is our main priority.
