You can send us an email at cherrymillscustomcreations@yahoo.com. You can call us at 570-231-3126. You can also send us a message on our Facebook page, Instagram or Tik Tok.

What if I want a product you have available but I want a different color or a name added?

If there is an item you like in our shop but want changes, type the specific changes you are requesting in the personalization section of the item page. You can also contact us to request changes to anything you order.

What if I want to see a custom creation before you make it?

Accepted Answer

We like to be in contact with you throughout the process of creating your product and will send pictures of designs and ideas to make sure it is exactly how you envisioned your product before we make it. Please try to respond to any questions we may have in a timely manner so there isn't any delays in creating your product.

What if I need something faster than 1-2 weeks?

Accepted Answer

Rush processing is available for an extra fee of $20.00 on some products but we are still limited by shipping times, supply availabiility and other factors beyond our control. You will be notified and refunded the rush processing fee if a timeline is not acheivable.
